  • Q. Do You Have A Current Pubstuff Catalogue ?

    A. Because the large part of our business is recycled stock, we do not produce a catalogue as the stock available changes on daily basis. Therefore, we ask our customers to keep looking at our website, call us for stock availability or visit our premises in Banbury to see stock available.

  • Q. What Are The Delivery Times For My Order?

    A. A general guideline for delivery is 2-3 weeks from receipt of order.

  • Q. Do You Offer Part Exchange For My Existing Pub Furniture?

    A. No, we do not offer a part exchange service.

  • Q. Can I Just Buy One Item From Pub Stuff?

    A. Yes, you can, delivery times may be extended and you will still be liable for the full delivery charge applicable to your area, but we are happy to send out single items.

  • Q. Will You Clear My Existing Pub That Is Closing Down?

    A. No, all our recycled stock comes from major branded company. We do not clear individual pubs.

  • Q. Does The Recycled Furniture Look Like New?

    A. All our recycled furniture is of a good quality, however, as is it recycled/secondhand stock you should expect some wear on the furniture.

  • Q. Do You Deliver?

    A. Yes, we are able to deliver, or you can collect from one of our warehouses. There is a charge for delivery.

  • Q. What Happens When My Goods Are Delivered?

    A. This is a door to door service. Our Pub Stuff vehicles are manned by only one person. The driver will off load the furniture but you will need to provide suitable help to take the goods into your premises.
    Unfortunately, we do not offer an unwrapping and layout service.

  • Q. What Happens If My New Furniture Is Damaged When I Receive It?

    A. It’s rare, but sometimes wooden furniture can receive some damage in transit to you. Tell the driver immediately if you notice any damage or report the damage to Pubstuff Head Office within 24 hours of delivery and we will happily send replacement items to you.
    (This exchange applies to transit damage only and excludes normal “wear or distress" associated with recycled furniture).

  • Q. How Do I Care For My Wooden Furniture?

    A. All Pubstuff wooden products are made from sustainable wood. They are solid wood not veneer. It is a natural product and will have individual grains and markings.

    Wood will also expand and contract depending on the humidity and this may mean that sometimes the bolts or screws need tightening to hold the product firm - this is especially necessary in the first few weeks. Do not overtighten.

    To keep your wooden furniture beautiful, you will simply need to wipe with warm soapy water and polish with a wood polish such as Pledge.

    Do not use Sanitiser on your wooden products as this will destroy the finish.

    If you need to move your tables DO NOT DRAG THEM ACROSS THE FLOOR. Dragging will break your tables and Pubstuff will not be liable for damage caused in this way.

    Tables must be lifted evenly. Poseur tables should be lifted by the pedestal NOT the top.
